1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of easyTimi, an invoicing and billing platform for small businesses, freelancers, and teams. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use easyTimi responsibly and in line with these terms.

2. Accounts and Company Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account, company, customer, invoice, tax, and payment information you enter. You must keep login credentials secure and make sure every person added to a company account is authorized to access that company data.

3. Invoicing, Tax, and Compliance

easyTimi provides tools for creating invoices, tracking payments, formatting PDFs, and configuring tax labels and rates. The service does not replace professional legal, accounting, or tax advice. You remain responsible for reviewing invoices, choosing appropriate tax treatment, meeting filing obligations, and enabling any optional compliance integrations that apply to your business.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use easyTimi to violate laws, send deceptive invoices, process unauthorized data, interfere with the service, attempt to access another tenant's data, or upload malicious content. We may suspend access where needed to protect customers, the platform, or legal obligations.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plan details, limits, and renewal terms are shown during signup or upgrade. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscription fees are charged in advance and are not refundable for partial billing periods.

6. Availability and Changes

We work to keep easyTimi reliable, secure, and useful, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features, integrations, pricing, and these terms as the product evolves for international invoicing use cases.
